Changes Take Effect For Apple's "One to One" Program

As mentioned previously, Apple today changed some terms to their “One to One” program.

The first change to be noted is the $99/year program is now only available to purchasers of Apple’s computers either in store, online, or by phone and customers must join at time of purchase. Also, customers may now sign up for two additional years of service. Previously, anyone could join, for as long as they liked.

The program offers things like, setting up your Mac after purchase, and the transferring of data from your old computer(Mac or PC) to the new one.

The program offers three different forms of training. These are: a single hour of Personal Training in a one-on-one setting, Workshops in small groups, and personalized web-based training.

Lastly, the new “One to One” program offers three hour segments for projects. This segment allows you to bring in your own personal projects and recieve help from an Apple trainer.
