I posted a couple weeks back on testing push notifications out with the Agile Messenger instant messaging app for the iPhone.  Push was working great with the app at that time, and like many of you I ‘m looking forward to seeing the official update released to enable push for Agile Messenger for everyone.

Several of you have contacted me to ask when this will be available, so I ‘ve asked Seth over at AgileMobile for the latest.  And here it is:

• Apple has been more stringent on their 3.0 review process
• It ‘s on its 3rd submission, for minor revisions, at Apple ‘s request
• Should be out Friday at the latest

Good news if you ‘re an Agile Messenger user.  Let ‘s hope we see it very soon.
