Recommended: KRAPPS Takes Issue with Apple’s Rating System & The Number 1 (Crappy) Free App

How does an app with a 1.5 star rating from over 30,000 (mostly complaining and ridiculing) reviews, and as close to zero functionality as anything that ‘s ever hit the App Store, get ranked the Number 1 Free App?

That ‘s the very fine question that KRAPPS are posing today “ just a tad more strongly than I have here and in their own inimitable style of course. :)
