iPhone Life “ which is both a leading (maybe the only?) printed magazine focused on all things iPhone and an online site “ now has a web app for the iPhone as well.

As some of you may know, I ‘ve been a contributing writer for the printed version of iPhone Life since its launch and I ‘m also one of the online bloggers on their site. The site and magazine are run by (Publisher) Hal Goldstein and a good bunch of people who ran Smartphone & Pocket PC Magazine “ a very popular title for all of us PDA enthusiasts – for many years.

The new web app offers a window into the strong mix of content on the full iPhone Life site.

From the web app ‘s main page you can jump to sections like: iPhone Life blogs, featured apps, tips and tricks, iPhone news, and iPhone Life articles (from the printed magazine).

There are also quick links to their Best Sites listings, which are nicely divided into categories.

And to a free issue of the magazine, presented in the Zinio magazine format:

ZinioMagPage

I have to say I ‘ve never been fond of the Zinio magazine renderings “ and would love to see Hal and the iPhone Life team come up with a nicer way to present this section.

There ‘s also a native app for iPhone Life in development.  In the meantime, check out the web app at m.iphonelife.com.

Oh I didn't realize you wrote for iPhone Life. I've been receiving it since day one and have found many helpful articles. I get most of my info online these days, but there's something nice about relaxing with a real printed magazine.
