This is a very good photos app that includes these features: sync with a free desktop photo manager app, organize photos into albums on the desktop app and add titles and notes, upload / download from Flickr and Picasa, and geotagging.

Sounds like an interesting app, I have used Splah products before on windows mobile and palm, going way back.
