BNO News App for iPhone Updated – Adds Customizable Notification Sounds
BNO News “ the fastest iPhone news app I ‘ve seen in terms of generating alerts for breaking news “ has just had an update, to Version 1.11.
It ‘s far from a major update, and really only adds one noteworthy feature “ the ability to customize some of its alert sounds, for high and low priority alerts. Since a lot of us seem to be using push notifications for several things on our phones though, this single feature seems well worth a mention.
There ‘s a relatively small selection of sounds to choose from, but a few of them are good and distinctive (I like the horn especially).
