Apple Planning to Release 'Concierge' iPhone Application?

MacRumors is reporting that they have heard from several sources that Apple may be planning to launch a ‘Concierge’ iPhone application for customers of Apple’s retail stores. This application would provide many of the same services as Apple’s online reservation system. This of course would allow customers to schedule One on One, and Genius Bar appointments from their iPhones or iPod touchs. Lastly, MacRumors’ sources suggest that users would be able to track their premium membership services offered by Apple, through the app.

At this time it is unknown, when the application will be available, but it will most likely be free.
