Coming Soon to the iPhone: teh internets

Forget about how good the Safari browser may be “ soon we ‘ll have teh internets on our iPhones. More specifically, we ‘ll have teh internets “ Attack of the Memes, which is described quite simply and humbly by its creators as THE MOST EXCITING IPHONE GAME EVER.

I ‘ve seen a video trailer for the game, and I really can ‘t dispute their claim at all 🙂

Hit the break for a little more detail on this very funny (and most exciting ever) game

Here ‘s some more details on the game, straight from the developers ‘ press release:

In this hilarious and witty (cyber)space-shooter players fly through the web in an ASCII roflcopter dodging malicious memes and evil trolls, and collecting adorable lolcats and lollerskaters.

‘While I think everyone can enjoy this game, digital natives who live every day with text messages, forums, YouTube, and social media sites will get the jokes. ‘ says Micah Lee, lead developer and founder of Insurgent Games. ‘And there’s a lot of jokes! ‘
teh internets utilizes OpenFeint and contains a whopping 23 achievements ranging from "n00bs first lolcat" to "i can has cheezburger" to "imma let you finish!" Players can also compete against one another on nine different global leaderboards such as most lolcats collected, highest score, and even most time wasted playing the game.

I agree with Micah “ if you ‘re a big Twitter / Facebook / Friendfeed / other similar sites user, this upcoming game should provide some good laughs and entertainment.
