There’s a new dot update to the ultra-simple, ultra-awesome platforming game Canabalt (my quasi-review here). It keeps things pretty simple for the most part, adding a new music track, a global scoreboard, more obstacles and backgrounds, and some slightly improved performance. I’m actually just surprised that the core gameplay has been improved at all, since I was expecting simple bug fixes and more ways to share with Facebook or Twitter from here on out. All in all a nice, pleasant Sunday surprise from Semi Secret Software.
