Officials at KT, the exclusive provider of the iPhone in South Korea, have allegedly said Apple could debut a new iPhone with an OLED screen, video chat and a removable battery as soon as April.

As soon as the new year started the momentum for rumors about new iPhone models and new OS versions has definitely kicked up several notches.  Today ‘s lovely rumor that caught my eye is an Apple Insider report via South Korea.  As you can see in the excerpt above, the new device is said to include an OLED screen, video chat, and a removable battery “ as well as a dual-core (2GHz capable) processor.

The April date is mentioned as when a Korean provider would test out the new model with corporate clients, with general availability for them (and presumably everyone else) in June.

I still find it hard to imagine a new model debuting anywhere outside the US, but I like the sound of the specs listed.  What are your favorite current iPhone new model rumors, now that we ‘re ‘in season ‘ again?
