Sharing would be a nice feature, yes. But you hit the nail on the head – it's very clean and simple. It's just a joy to use. I'm sure I'll find other uses for it, but for now, it's my designated grocery list app.

I'm a developer of the app, thank your for the review. A tidbit, about the "use system fonts" setting.

It switches between Helvetica (system default) and Helvetica Neue (one of my personal favourites). Sadly, Helvetica Neue on iPhone is not Unicode complete, so depending on language/keyboard used, it may not display all the typed characters properly. Hence the option.
Another reason: people that have jailbroken iPhones often change the font into something custom, so they would be rather annoyed if they can't use it here.
