Chomp “ one of my favorite iPhone apps for app discovery and recommendations “ has just had an update, to Version 1.0.3.  Here ‘s the short list of what ‘s new in this version:

• Improved paging throughout the app
• Faster review feed
• You can now see people ‘s profiles in more places
• It is now more clear when you are editing an existing review
• Adds the app category to the app cards
• Updates Facebook invite text
• Minor bug fixes

I updated the app last night and one thing I can confirm, very happily, is that the app feels much, much faster.  Load time for the Live App Reviews page in particular is far better than before.  And just about everywhere I went in the app felt zippier and more responsive.

Once again, always nice to see already good apps keep getting better.  You can find this latest version of Chomp in the App Store now, and it is a free app.
