Pastefire “ the iPhone app that acts as an ‘action oriented desktop-to-iPhone pasteboard utility ‘ “ has been updated, to Version 1.1.1.
The big addition in this latest version is push notifications “ so now even if Pastefire is not open on your iPhone when you throw it an action from the desktop, it will alert you straight away. This works quite well in my quick testing of it.
A previous 1.1 update also added some additional shortcut commands usable from your desktop PC and support for additional services. Pastefire ‘s ‘thing ‘ is that it ‘s not just about copy/paste, but more about taking automatic, common actions with what ‘s copied.
