Hello again, and welcome to Just Another iPhone Contest Blog: if you like the idea of winning a free promo code for Synotes (courtesy of Syncode) then today and tomorrow are going to be good times to leave a comment on this post.
Synotes is a relatively new cloud-based notes app, and I reviewed version 1.0 here. However, I’d say the app has markedly improved with the latest 1.1.1 update (post here), and it’s definitely a more formidable contender in the note app arena.
I’m still a Simplenote user right now, but I think Synotes has a really interesting approach to note-taking. The iPhone app keeps in pretty seamless sync with the web app for universal access to your notes, and the whole system uses a set of visual categories so that you can quickly tell what kind of note you’re looking at.
