Ah yes, would love to think of it that way – but my iPhone has so many easier charging options. In the speaker dock thingie is the favorite. 🙂

Every morning while I have my coffee and check out my RSS & emails, I update my Podcasts & check for App updates and then sync the iPhone. Takes a few seconds (a few seconds of active work, a few minutes of downloading / syncing).

I now make myself check one a week and do updates. I do them from iTunes on my PC though as it is faster/easier.

I do check the whats new on many of them to make sure I want it. Plus only doing it once a week lets the update be out long enough that if it has issues I hear about it.
