Latest (jailbreak) iPhone Interface Tweak – Vertical Scrolling Icons
Here ‘s the latest iPhone user interface tweak being worked on by chpwn “ vertical scrolling icons for your home screens. chpwn is one of the developers of InfiniDock “ which gives you an endless and scrollable dock “ and ProSwitcher, the slick ‘Palm Pre style ‘ front end app for multitasking on the iPhone.
This looks promising. I currently use PogoPlank, so I no longer have home screen icons, but I ‘ll definitely give this a look when it comes out “ which may hopefully be as soon as this weekend.

Gotta a quick question if you don't mind. I was using Pogo plank early on. But stopped a few months ago. I was really wanting smooth "revolving" and it was in the works by the dev supposedly. had it ever been impemented?

I find the wheel 'smooth enough' after having spent quite a while with it now, but I realize it may not be smooth enough for others. A smoother experience is promised by the devs for Version 2.0 – but that has not come out as yet.

Very cool! Looking forward to this one. I'd love to have all of my games on one screen instead of 3 or 4.
Yeah this really should help for all those occasions where you try to get a particular category of apps on a screen, but have too many to fit on just one home screen.

One of the features I really like about Infinidock is the "start at left" option.
When I go over to page two or three to open an app, it automatically goes back to the first, leftmost page when I exit the app.
I'd like to see that feature included in this tweak so that I'm always back "home" when I'm done using a 2nd or 3rd page app.
Good call – although I think I'd like that as an optional setting that could toggled on or off.
