chpwn updated InfiniBoard to 1.1.2 last night and I can confirm that it is now compatible with OverBoard (Springboard Exposé). This means you can throw a near-infinite number of icons onto a scrollable Springboard page while still enjoying the convenience of jumping between pages at will
Activating OverBoard will still only show the first 16 icons on a page, regardless of however many others apps you may have tucked below. This can definitely lead to a bit of confusion if you don’t know exactly where you’ve placed things, but it’s the only way that OverBoard would still look good. I also tried a quick sync with iTunes to see how the icons would react, and everything stayed nicely in its place.
So for those of you who have been holding off on InfiniBoard, it looks like it’s all ready for use now. Icons no longer spill into the dock and it should also work with CategoriesSB. If you do choose to pick up InfiniBoard, I’d also suggest picking up InfiniDock along the way as well. It’s MUCH easier to set up a long Springboard page if you load all of the extra icons into the dock, as opposed to constantly swiping between pages.
