I enjoy this holiday a lot – and nothing says St. Patties Day to me like a pint (or two) of Guinness with family and friends.
So I’m glad that the folks at Kick Design let us know that their Guinness Pub Finder app for the iPhone is now free (usually $1.99).

Even though, as I have lamented about before, the Pub Finder portion of the app does not work for me (it is unable to function in certain US states, including mine, Texas) I still think it’s quite a charming little app if you’re a fan of Guinness.
My favorite – by far – portion of the app is the section on how to pour a perfect pint of Guinness, which has a step by step run through with some lovely glamour shots to accompany them
I like the addition of a couple in-app purchases as well. I grabbed the Pub Quiz for $0.99 and it looks quite good.
