MacRumors is reporting that MacBook Pro supplies to some retailers has suddenly tightened, which of course is a classic sign of an imminent update.
The report goes on to say that a MacRumors reader emailed Steve Jobs concerning the lack of updates to both the MacBook Pro and Mac Pro lines of computers.
Here is what was said:
“I recognise [sic] the need for secrecy etc but I am really losing heart in the lack of vision for the MBP and Mac Pros. Not expecting a response but as someone who has personally switched dozens of people onto the mac way this is a sad email for me to compose.”
In true Jobsian fashion (terse), Mr. Jobs responded with “Not to worry.”
There was a recent rumor that surfaced suggesting Mac Pro updates were coming in June. I think it’s a safe bet that MacBook Pro updates are around the corner.
