Site Stuff: our shiny new Lightbox Plus plugin

This  post is like a quick bout of Show and Tell, except I’m the only one who gets to talk and everybody else super glued to their chairs. As you may or may not have noticed over the past few weeks, we have a new way of displaying pictures on the site using the WordPress plugin, Lightbox Plus.

All this means is that the photos we upload (like the above shot of two iPhones) will display at full resolution when you click on them without having to reload the page, which is what used to happen without the plugin. This should hopefully make browsing through site screenshots more fun, and make galleries more navigable, since you can now click on a thumbnail to see it in full size.

The developer, Dan Zappone,  has tested the plugin in basically every browser, and I’ve tested it in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and so it should work out fine for 99.9% of our readers. Hope you like what we’ve done with the place!
