Red Conquest for iPhone hits 1.1: adds online multiplayer, second campaign, third faction

Version 1.1? More like 2.0, John Kooistra. If Red Conquest! (video review here) were any other app, it would be a 2.0 update by virtue of how much wicked new stuff has been added. So ignore the “1.1” monicker, folks. The developer is just being modest.

The screenshot above shows all of the fancy new additions, because I just haven’t had the time to play with any of it yet. I had uninstalled the app a while ago, and will have to play through the whole first campaign to get to the second. I do intend on trying out the online multiplayer soon, though, and will likely return with some updated impressions.

For now, the only bit you need to know is that the update is free for those who own the app, and the uninitiated can purchase this version for $1.99  (50% off) for a limited time.
