Woz Has a Fix for Multitasking & Battery Life on the iPhone

Many of you may have already seen this quote, but it made me laugh recently. In Newsweek’s feature article on the iPad (in the April 5,2010 print issue) there’s a short interview with Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple.  Here’s the part that caught my eye and made me chuckle:

By the way, I solved the problem of battery life and (the lack of) multitasking on the iPhone. Yeah, I just have two iPhones, so if the battery runs down on the first one, I can use the other.  And if I’m talking on one, I can use the other one to look something up.

Not to question the co-founder of Apple at all – but hasn’t he seen those AT&T / Luke Wilson commercials?  You can look something up while talking on the iPhone – because AT&T’s 3G network is just that freakin’ cool. šŸ™‚
