Even if the phone happens to be called iPhone HD, just go tohttp://www.apple.com/iphone/. Compare the logos. Look at the thickness of the box around the S. Look at the thickness of the S itself. Look at the vertical alignment of the box. I'd be willing to bet this is not at all an official logo, "prototype" or not.
