iPhone OS 4.0: Springboard updated with folder support

Here’s another great jailbreak app that we can hopefully replace with official firmware 4.0 goodness: Categories. OS 4.0 will allow users to drag iPhone apps onto one another to instantly create folders with dynamically created icons and names, based on what you’ve put in them. The names are generated based on the categories of the apps inside (though you can rename a folder), and the icon is like a mini Springboard of the folder contents (although I’m not sure how many icons will fit inside this mash-up).
