There is always more that can be asked for. I still feel as if they did a pretty damn good job of knocking off some of the biggest wish list items though.

I wish they'd give springboard a bit more of an overhaul as well. Other than that I'm pretty happy though. I don't think we'll see much, if anything, more software-wise when they announce a new model in a couple months.

The only thing missing is statusbar icons, such as new mail. Not sure I can ever live without that.

I think the implementation of multitasking could have been done a lot better, like in web OS. The new folders are okay but I was really expecting for an overhaul of the entire Springboard, with widgets and what not. I am also disappointed that there was no mention of a better system of notifications. I recently traded my 3GS for a Nexus One and I have to say that Android has surpassed the iphone, notifications, multitasking, widgets, hardware, folders, system enhancements, the only thing I could think of that the Iphone has over Android is the Appstore, but that will come in time for Android. Don't get me wrong, I am still waiting for the New Iphone announcement and if it considerably improves, the hardware and the software, I'll be first in line to get one, but as of right now I am very happy with Android.
