Now this was a seriously fast update to BugMe!, the sticky note notification app for iPhone — I posted about the previous update not two days ago.
The first idea, saving notes to your lock screen wallpaper, is just a little too roundabout for me due to limitations in Apple’s SDK. You first save the picture of the note to your camera roll, but then have to head to the Photos app, select the picture, and apply it as your wallpaper. iPhone 4.0 may make this process a little easier, but I’m not very familiar with all of the new API’s that Apple’s new SDK supports.
The second feature, saving notes to contact pictures, is just plain brilliant. This should be fantastic for loan sharks situations where you know you’ll need to remind someone about something, but don’t know when you’ll see them next.
