Abca for iPhone returns to Lexic logo; keeps strange name

Posted on 16 Apr 2010 by Thomas

I’ve actually looked at the Abca icon and wondered what the heck it was, and when I installed the darn thing on my iPhone. Then I remember the name change fiasco ( I just like the sound of that word) and realize that Abca is actually Lexic, the bestest, awesomest word game for the iPhone. Then I neglect my games for a few days and see this strange Abca icon on my home screen, and, well, you get the point.

This completely trivial cycle of confusion-turned-elation has finally met its end at the hands of the latest Abca update, which has swapped the strange Abca icon for Lexic’s classic icon, but replaced the “L” with an “A”.

[I could probably have said that all in just one sentence, but it wouldn't have been as much fun.]
