Steve Jobs’ Email Replies to Customers Getting Longer & Stronger

Are you nuts? We are doing the best we can. We need enough units to have a responsible and great launch.

That’s Steve’s latest reply in his new role of Apple customer service rep – responding to a user in Switzerland who was questioning the delayed international launch dates for the iPad and even accusing him of ‘deliberately pulling the wool over the rest of the worlds eyes‘.

These replies from Jobs are getting better and better.  I can’t wait to see one on Google Voice apps. 🙂
