So many people are asking for and complaining about official tethering from AT&T, but the truth is, a lot of people won't be willing to pay $25 to $45 extra. I have been tethering for a decade, and this really floors me, but if At&T tells me I can have it today for even $15 a month, I'd probably pass. Although ,I would buy an App for $50 to enable this for the life of the phone or contract…

Yes, tethering would be fine, but would not help if you need to connect the iPad. MyWi rules.

Exactly why my iPhone stays jailbroken. Of course (not downplaying the value of MyWi) but Andrew should never have had to use it if AT&T could get their stuff together and flip the switch on tethering.

Great story! This is exactly why I think my iPhone will always stay jailbroken. I will never go back.
