– There are fit and finish problems, including a chip which allows the fabric to show through.
– Also related to fit, the phone moves up and down about 1/8" within the case.
– Pinholes in the clear and lack of clear coverage degrade the case's appearance.
– And, the case did not ship with a screen protector or microfiber cloth.

I had an a reply and RMA from my initial e-mail; since returning the case, no response. I expected more.
