Icebird is also great, but I'm still waiting for Read it Later support.

btw, do you get that bug with text view scrolling? I can't figure out how to scroll at all in text view w/o losing position in an article.

Instapaper handles Chinese characters in a very bad way, it only accepts UTF-8 in their APIs, while Chinese characters can be either UTF-8, Big5 or GB2312, this limitation makes Instapaper useless for Chinese users, especially when working with multiple apps like the author described in the article.

I had contacted Instapaper's developer two times but they don't give me any responses.

Read it later handles Chinese much better, however, they still have similar encoding problem with "Email to RIL" functionality, it is a small issue though since I can still send articles to RIL from Tweetie and Reeder without messing up the Chinese.

Good example, Tweetie, Great App no doubt, But the likes of Twittelator Pro are right up there!

Glad to see a review on RIL, been using it for the last 6months+, IMO, its just the best compared to Instapaper, though both have great features the other doesn't, but overall general usability RIL does it for me and I have both the paid/premium/pro etc versions, the FireFox extension of RIL is awesome, when am out and about browsing Twitter, i send many links to RIL, get home on the desktop, and Volia..on the big screen.. Fully Recommended!
