Apple has updated the WWDC webpage to now show that tickets to the event have sold out. The event was just announced last week, and it only took 8 days for all of the seats to be sold.

This year’s WWDC is slated for June 7-11th, and is expected to focus on the iPhone OS. It is also expected that the new much publicized iPhone will be introduced at this time. Also worth noting, this is the third WWDC in a row that has completely sold out. This of course, is directly related to the increased interest in Apple platforms over the last few years.
