I need a little help… when reading a manga I still see the controls (two huge bars with various buttons and options). I suppose this is not normal, how am I supposed to easily read a manga with all this things around the screen? How do I make controls disappear? What am I missing?

I experienced a similar issue on my iPod Touch and they helped me find a solution.

Yikes — very good point. I didn't address that. The site that Manga Rock uses has only translated English scans of series — no original Japanese, unfortunately.

You mentioned that it offers translated versions of series. I was wondering if there were also versions in Japanese?

I just downloaded this the other day, and thought it was cool you had a review up a day later. Just wanted to point out, that _some_ popular series are not available in this app, despite being available on OneManga. This is my single gripe against this app, I can't continue reading Naruto, Bleach, or finish reading Rurouni Kenshin (My three current series, I have not yet looked for some others).

After doing some reading, I believe that it is because these Mangas have not only been licensed in the US, but the publisher/licenser had written the developer of Manga Rock and requested (read: demanded) that these titles not be available. Honestly I don't know if that makes any sense… but *shrug*.

You mentioned Naruto more than once in your review, so I hope I am wrong and missing something completely obvious =P
