Apple has seeded another build (Build 10F50) of Mac OS X 10.6.4. The build is 581.3MB in size and contains one known issue.
The accompanying release notes state that areas keyboard/trackpad responsiveness, photo editing in iPhoto and Aperture, Adobe CS3 application launch times, have been fixed. Other areas such as VPN reliability, iMove, GarageBand, VoiceOver, and braille have all seen improvements.
Apple however is still asking developers to focus on the same areas as the last build.
