Golly. It’s not a huge discount, but $2 is definitely impulse buy territory if you’re a fan of Google web apps, but think they’re just too much of a hassle to use within Safari. G-Whizz is just a specialized browser app for Google Calendar, Mail, and the like, but it features tabs right at the bottom of the screen so that you can access the web app you need with just one tap (these same tabs exist within Safari, but they’re smaller and hidden away at the top of the screen). It also gets some points for the clever name.
