As you may remember, Justin Long, or “Mac” from Apple’s famous “Get a Mac” ads, stated that the ad campaign seemed to finished.
Well, it looks like he was right. Going to “Get a Mac” section of Apple’s site redirects users to a revamped “Why You’ll Love a Mac” page, which highlights the Mac’s advantages to a PC.
Sadly, the gallery where where you used to could go to watch the numerous “Get a Mac” ads has also been removed.
Right now it looks like the Mac is going unrepresented in the Television arena. Apple is always putting out new iPhone commercials, and the frequency in which they are advertising for the iPad is increasing. That leaves the Mac unadvertised, which could be a sign that Apple is more focused on their other products at the moment. However, I doubt the Mac will go unadvertised for long.
