Phoenix Wright hits the App Store for $4.99

I’m not sure of the exact price, but I do know the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney wasn’t a measly $5 when it was first released on the Nintendo DS a couple of years ago. Even then, it was a touch screen-enabled remake of a Gameboy Advance game, and it probably demanded at least $30 before taxes. So it’s mind boggling to report that the newly released iPhone version can be bought for less than the cost of a Big Mac meal.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney remains one of the most entertaining games I’ve ever played. I’ve never laughed so hard at so many in-game jokes, and Phoenix really takes the term “courtroom drama” to a whole new, ridiculous level.  You’ll cross examine all sorts of awful liars in court, investigate crime scenes, and scream “OBJECTION!” while striking insanely cool poses. If you’re looking for a new title to tide you over for a good six to eight hours (if I remember correctly), then you have to check out Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.
