MacRumors has done some crack reporting on the possibility of the iPhone coming to Sprint’s network. Everyone has been focused on the possibility of the iPhone coming to Verizon.
The article links to several sources all claiming that the iPhone could possibly be coming to Sprint’s now-stabilized network likely in the September timeframe.
This makes sense if Apple is already working on a CDMA capable iPhone, they might as well sign up for both major CDMA networks in the U.S.: Sprint and Verizon. By extension, and this is purely speculation, if Apple does end it’s exclusivity with AT&T, they could very well offer the iPhone to T-Mobile as well. T-Mobile being the other major GSM network in the U.S.
