Engadget is reporting that Apple has begun filming new ads for the next-gen iPhone. Reportedly, the ads are being filmed by Sam Mendes, the director of films like Road to Perdition and Jarhead.
The report goes on to mention that the iPhone has been internally referred to as the Mammoth/N90. And yes, one scene will be devoted to a video chat conversation between a mother and a daughter. Who would have thought.
An interesting point worth noting, that Engadget is reporting this as fact. We’ll see if it holds true.
