In reply to patrickj. sure, its kind of based on the fact that so far everythhing has gone straight along with last year, and the only reason that they have to release it at that time is the leaks, which alot of people still don't know about, so they should still announce it early for hype. We all knew the iPad was coming in january before the keynote, but we also knew that apple would announce it to start the hype. If the leaks are real, then they will need to announce it about a week-2 weeks before they release it.

Im almost positive that its going to come out around the 14th, and that 4.0 will be released on the same day, with the GM given to developers on the 7th
