The popular Spirit jailbreak – the most recent new jailbreak app that is capable of doing an untethered jailbreak on all current iPhones, iPod Touches, and even the iPad – is now available for Linux, as well as Windows and Mac.  Apparently you’ll need ‘some experience with Linux commands‘ to make it work.

Spirit has thus far proved to be a fast and solid jailbreak option, so it’s good to see it spreading its platform love.
