Awesome Note for iPhone updated to 3.5: memos now support drawing

Posted on 04 Jun 2010 by Thomas

Awesome Note, the powerful note and task pad, just got a little more…well, you know. Aside from the new drawing system in the memos section (which also received a beautiful UI overhaul), the app can now sync and restores its database via wi-fi,   or send notes to another Awesome Note client via Bluetooth.

Every time the devs release an update to Awesome Note I end up returning to fawn over the app for a good 20 minutes or so. My only hesitation as of v3.5 is the syncing speed with Evernote. It’s pretty abysmally slow at five seconds, doesn’t allow you to do anything else while the data transfers, and is only activated manually from the main menu of the app. Argh. Not Awesome.
