Steve Jobs has announced the new iPhone 4 today. In amongst many bits of good news on the hardware specs for the new model – it’s got the same fast, Apple-made A4 processor as the iPad has.

Third: the iPhone 4 is powered by the A4. It ‘s designed by our own team, and it ‘s wonderful to have on the iPhone. ‘
