Awesome Note for iPhone updated to 4.0: iOS 4 compatibility

Posted on 26 Jun 2010 by Thomas

All of these iOS 4 updates look so understated: just one bullet point per feature. However, as anyone on a multi-tasking capable iOS device knows, these little bullet points make a world of difference when it comes to everyday usage. Awesome Note now restarts in about a second, and, like Evernote, can now finish syncing in the background. The only thing I’d like here (and I don’t believe Apple has an API for this) is something to tell you that background loading is happening. I’d love  a little status bar indicator like the one for GPS tracking, but I doubt we’ll see that from Apple any time soon.

I’m also glad that BRID software fixed that one bug, whatever the heck it was :)
