Just half a day after I had finished complaining about the lack of sound effects in Epic Win ($2.99), I end up finding an App Store update that adds sound effects to Epic Win. D’oh!

These new SFX make the app a lot more charming (you can now hear the wind blowing as you watch your avatar looking stoically at the left side of the screen), but not necessarily more useful, if you don’t like the app already. I’m still hoping the developers beef up the RPG or the task manager side of Epic Win (preferably both) so I can go back to enjoying it as much as most every other website seems to.
