Wunderlist: a new, free task manager for Mac

If you’ve been looking for a bit of new software to play with, look no further than Wunderlist, a brand spanking new task manager for the Mac (and Windows, for the sake of being thorough).

Wunderlist feels a bit like Things, but with a much more playful UI and swappable backgrounds. Tasks currently support due dates, stars, and categories, and can be seen in five different views.

However, what’s really promising here is the news of an upcoming iPhone app (apparently just weeks away), and the ability to sync over-the-air with said app.

The OSX and iOS platforms are already chock full of task managers, but any newcomers that are able to sync to-dos over-the-air, are a welcome addition in my book.
