Shareables is a clever little bookmarklet / app that does one thing for you, but does it quite nicely. Its one thing is shrinking and sharing URLs. It makes it easy to get long URLs down to manageable lengths and share them via email, SMS, Twitter, and Facebook.
To use it, you have to first create a bookmarklet in Mobile Safari – the app provides easy, clear instructions for doing this and it is only involves a short few steps. I know some people will find it a bit much to call a bookmarklet-based app a true app, but since this one is free and it does things like keep you shared URL history, I’d say it’s not worth splitting hairs about.
Here’s more detail on Shareables via its App Store page:

Shareables requires an iPhone or iPod touch running iOS 4
I’ve been using the app since it launched 10 days ago and liking it. It has a simple purpose but handles it very well and comes in handy quite often.
You can find Shareables in the App Store now, and it is a free app.
