Cartographer for iPhone: syncs with Google My Maps, features offline mode

I don’t travel around and geo-tag nearly often enough to make use of Cartographer (currently $1.99), but damn, that’s a very nice promo video they have right there.

Cartographer syncs with your Google My Maps so that you can, quite literally, become your own digital cartographer by highlighting and commenting on favourite locations. You don’t necessarily need to travel abroad to make use of this app, but if you do end up having to roam, Cartographer also allows you to download maps in advance and view them while offline (very cool!).
