Cinema Display Update Released Addressing Audio Issues

Apple has released a firmware update for their 27-inch LED Cinema Displays, which fixes sound issues experienced by some customers. Specifically, the issues being experienced were sound would cut out from the display’s speakers.

The update itself is called “The LED Cinema Display Firmware Update 1.0”, and is a whopping 957KB in size. The support document gives instructions for installing the update. First connect your display to you Mac via USB, and then run Software Update from the Apple Menu.
