The Folks over at Taptivate released the much anticipated Friends app this week. The premise of this Social Networking app is to have one place to collect and display all the feeds your friends are posting on about their lives. You can view one social network at a time, or several, it’s up to you. Synch your address book, view what your friends are saying on some of the most popular sites like Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and even LinkedIn. Can this app deliver where others have failed? Is it practical to collect all the social feeds you read everyday and provide an easy to use, uncluttered experience to view them all in one place? Would you be interested in an app like Friends? For $1.99, I think it’s definitely worth a look. I plan on taking Taptivate’s latest creation for a test-drive this week. A more detailed review is coming soon–stay tuned!
